Job Description

Brinkman Reforestation Ltd. is hiring new and experienced tree planters to work in remote bush camps across British Columbia and Alberta for the 2026 spring and summer planting season (May–July/August), with additional coastal and fall opportunities for experienced planters.

 

Most contracts are piece-rate, price depends on contract, quality specs, terrain, and region. There is a Daily Production Adjustment of $25 per workday. New planters can earn $10,000–$20,000 per season, depending on skill development and season length.

 

Planters live in their own tents in Brinkman bush camps and are responsible for their own planting and camping equipment and travel to a designated town near the work site. Brinkman provides well-established camps with cooked meals on workdays, hot showers, heated dry tents, clean kitchens, and equipment storage.

 

Brinkman offers a comprehensive training program for new planters, with additional paid opportunities for First Aid Attendants, OH&S Representatives, and Drivers.

 

This is physically demanding outdoor work in varied weather and terrain, best suited to motivated individuals seeking a challenging and rewarding experience.
