Company Health & Safety (H&S) Programs are made up of many things: hazard assessments, best practices, stand-alone policies, training plans, maintenance schedules and more.

Almost all of these aspects of H&S Programs have roots in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Legislation. These roots grow from very basic Canadian law foundations to Provincial OHS, down to company H&S Programs and the policies they contain.
