Ironically, I am trying to get better at work-life balance and have not gotten to this piece yet. It is on the way!

Rest and self-care are essential for maintaining physical, mental, and emotional well-being. When you are well-rested and refreshed, you are better equipped to handle the demands of work and make better decisions. On the other hand, neglecting your own needs can lead to burnout, which can have negative impacts not only on your own health but also on the wider community.
